Hello,

Minerack has ceased operations as of December 1st, 2016. Due to increased demand on our VPS brand and a lack of time to maintain Minerack, there's no reason to let things continue as they are.

I've pre-paid past December, what about that?

If you prepaid past December 1st (as in paid for January 2017 and onwards) you can ticket billing and we'll either offer you a spot on a VPS or a refund for the time you will not be able to use the service.

I want to continue hosting with you though!

Users that have, or are willing to order, a 2GB or higher plan are eligible to get a VPS with the same specifications as a special setup on our BuyVM product line. Please note the following points though before opting for this option:

This is a bare Linux/Windows server, there is no control panel. If you wish to have a control panel you can either have us install MineOS which is quite powerful but also quite complex, or you can purchase a copy of Multicraft for around $10 one-time.
There is absolutely no plugin support. The only support we'll provide will be for the installation of the operating system and the installation of the control panel of your choosing.
Your IP will change. There's no way to keep the IP address you're currently assigned.
